Walk near a beautiful kloof (gorge) with water pools and magnificent views of the Buffelspoort Valley in the northern part of the Magaliesberg Mountain Range
Although some hikers may have the skill and appetite to go upstream into the gorge, the difficulty of navigating the steep inclines, water pools and boulders may make it impossible and unsafe to reach the top for inexperienced mountain climbers. It is better to navigate the mountain on the right side of the gorge as it is less steep.
Although some rate the trail as moderately difficult, the journey to the top of the gorge (kloof) is strenuous and requires a good level of fitness.
