Explore the northern slope of the Magaliesberg Mountain Range with its kloofs (gorges), clear water pools, interesting rock formations and great views of the Buffelspoort Dam (lake)
The hiking trails are located at a family farm operated by three generations of outdoor and hiking enthusiasts. Farm management has designed two outstanding well-marked and maintained hikes through magnificent gorges and open grassfields with interesting quartz mushroom rock formations.
The Moepel Trail is one of our personal favorites. The trail is not too difficult compared to advanced trails in the Magaliesberg Mountain Range, the landscape is varied and the views are great.
