South Africa - Hiking Trails in and Around Pretoria and Johannesburg.Combine a game drive with interesting hiking opportunities in a wonderful nature reserve near the Olifantsnek Dam and Rustenburg in the Magaliesberg Mountain Range 

This wonderful trail, named after the Aloe peglerae, provides the best the park has to offer when it comes to its quartzite rock formations, vistas, and the Magaliesberg ecosystem.

The trail has 11 points of interest that are explained in a booklet that is available for a modest fee at the visitors’ center where the trail starts. The trail, rocky in nature but relatively easy to follow, can be completed in 2-3 hours.
