Combine a game drive with interesting hiking opportunities in a wonderful nature reserve near the Olifantsnek Dam and Rustenburg in the Magaliesberg Mountain Range

The nature reserve (4,257 hectares) is a hidden gem not frequently visited by tourists. The day trails start at the visitors’ center approximately 8 kilometers deep inside the reserve from the entrance.

This short but interesting and easy trail gives you the greatest chance of seeing wildlife in plain grassland in the valley of the reserve. The trail is marked with yellow signs and starts from the visitors’ center in dense woodlands.
