Walk on top of the Magaliesberg Mountain Range with spectacular views of the valley on the grounds of a historic farm
Situated on the slopes of the Magaliesberg, the farm dates to the 1930s when its main source of income was cattle and tobacco. The centerpiece of the farm is the old house that was completed in 1933. The farm is home to several day trails and two overnight trails.
This trail follows a path along the south side of the mountain ridge. The path does not lead to the top of the mountain range. We recommend that you check out the Witstinkhout Mountain Top Trail designed for this guidebook that combines sections of the Karee Day Trail and the Witstinkhout Trail as it leads to the top of the mountain range.
